With their vision and passion, Gerimed became a leader in elderly care. In 2004 it was renamed to Gerimed to incorporate the clinic in Langebaan. Gerimed strives to improve dignity and quality of life for their residents & patients through the high standard of companionship and care to their residents and patients and to become known as an institution that really cares and focuses on the Kingdom of God. Details Gerimed is a privately owned health care company and leaders at elderly health care in the Western Cape of South Africa. The Care Centres consist of sub-acute care (step-down care), frail care and assisted living care in private apartments. We are a halfway house between an acute hospital and home, to take the financial burden off medical aids, patients and their families. Our services include: Skilled nursing care, Assisted living care and elderly care. Details Kleinmond is set between the Palmiet River and Kleinmond lagoon in the Western Cape. With stunning beaches ideal for walking, swimming as well as some of the best mouth watering restaurants on offer, and a stunning 18-hole golf course.
