Pickle and Smoke is situated in Harbour Road the beautiful coastal town of Kleinmond not far from Hermanus. Tom bakes fresh breads and other treats. We also pickle, smoke and/or preserve a range of the products. At Pickle and Smoke we produce a variety of pickled and smoked hand crafted products.At Pickle and Smoke the love for good food made with traditional recipes is the corner stone of what we do. Chef Tom supported by his wife Annie, refines the art of making, curing, preserving and smoking sausages and meats to produce the finest products that will leave you wanting more. Here at Pickle and Smoke in the beautiful costal town of Kleinmond in the Overberg, Chef Tom with the help of his wife Annie, produces the finest charcuterie and other hand crafted food products. Chef Tom's passion for good food made using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes is what started him on this journey to open this little charcuterie and deli. We invite everyone to come and explore our range of unique and wonderful products, mostly hand made by ourselves.
